Make sure that you have downloaded and installed the most recent software update for your .XRY/XACT system by visiting the FTP page of Micro Systemation.

Before contacting Technical Support
When contacting our Technical Support representatives by phone or e-mail, please have the following information available:Your operating system and service packs.
- The .XRY/XACT software version (Help/About menu in .XRY/XACT software).
- Connection media (Cable, Infrared, Bluetooth)
- What type of phone model you are inquiring and a saved log file of that extraction.
- The exact wording of any error message from the .XRY/XACT program or any other application producing the error message.
- If possible, be at your computer and have your .XRY/XACT product installed & device available when contacting Technical Support.
