Terms for course bookings

• Payments must be made minimum 30 days before attending the course.
• All cancellations to bookings must be made in writing and made 10 working days before the start of the course. If a cancellation is made within 10 working days of the start of the course no refund will be made. However, there is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate.
• Micro Systemation reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
